Females in Mass Spectrometry (FeMS+) is a community-led network of support for women in mass spectrometry and related fields.

The goals of this group include:

FeMS+ is a global initiative. It supports women in mass spectrometry and related fields, from organizing in-person and virtual events, running mentorship and leadership development programs, to giving out quarterly Empowerment Awards and awards to recognize scientific contributions. It is 100% volunteer-based and relies on the generous support from individual and corporate sponsors.
